Apparently at a recent football/soccer match, a Korean made an insulting gesture after scoring a goal. According to reports, the other teammates and he were making monkey sounds and he was gesturing to the Japanese crowds.
Video accompanies the report.
The Korean insult for referencing Japanese people is "monkey." Apparently they both use it; I have no idea.

This whole situation is strange and I do not entirely but the man's story. Assuming it is true, I still do not feel that it would have been right of him to make that face. Repeating the actions you are against cannot help the situation. It bothers me too that people are dividing when they should be uniting. That is the only way to combat racism and I feel that this situation hindered progress greatly rather than helping it. Therefore, I do not agree with the Korean man's actions or intentions.
